Chapter 6 Welcome to the trenchesThe trenches where filling up, bustling with life. Alasdair dreaded this, to many men in to little space would cause some problem or other and very fast. Lorry after lorry would drop off troops at the depot at either end of the trench and the ones in between. To keep the ones close to his section busy he set them to digging trenches. I played football...A young man sits at an airport.Waiting at a lounge for his flight on to his final destination.Around him walks all manner of people, 90% wear suits.They show off their seats on the plane by showing their boarding passes with seat number showing. He laughs to himself and puts his boarding pass visible in his chest pocket.His seat placement shows him to sit in coach.After a while a man sits down at the table, his three piece suit spotless.
